Refund policy

*In case of returns:

-Contact within: 3 days of delivery

-Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery 

 

*Because of the nature of handmade items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Items on sales

-Intimate items (cup, mug, spoon etc. for health/hygiene reasons)

 

*Conditions of return:

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is caused by fail to pick up the package by the due date at a local pick-up location, even if a shipping company send it without a further notification of return to the original sender, Celina K Studio.
